There are three types of perfection:
1. Perfection in mind is keeping our mind in peace.
2. Perfection in speech is to speak only when needed. No need to get into fights.
3. Also there is perfection in action. Perfection in action is not 100 percent possible.
We can achieve first type of perfection in following ways :
1. Smile More
2. Sing without any inhibitions each day alone, for a while.
3. Each day walk by yourself alone, for a while.
4. Do some Selfless service each day.
5. Do Pranayama , Yoga and Meditation each day.
6. Each day for a while, think of the Supreme Goal in your Life.
7. Think of yourself in the Larger perspective of the Universe and Time.
8. Have Faith in Yourself and the Supreme Power.
